Beautiful rugs - 12' Runner is not straight!

I purchased 3 of these beautiful rugs - 2 large rectangular and the 12' runner. All of the rugs have uneven, not straight edges. However this was most evident in the 12' runner. It is curved and almost "c" shaped. The company sent me 3 different runners and they were all similar. I ended up keeping the 3rd one since I do love the others and didn't want to look for other rugs. The lack of straight edges is the reason for the low rating. The other qualities of the rug such as color and thickness are just as stated and I love them - except for the edges. It makes my husband crazy to look at the curves!
